1Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Shariqen ("we", "us") for the Callisto AI desktop app, website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Callisto for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
2The Service
Callisto AI is a voice and text assistant for Windows and macOS. Depending on your plan and the accounts you connect, it can:
- Answer questions, draft documents and presentations, and set reminders and calendar events
- Open apps, play music and control your computer
- Generate images, interactive 3D models and short videos, and let you edit and download them
- Show statistics from, and post content to, accounts you connect such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
- Show product results from stores such as eBay
- Place AI phone calls to businesses for you, where available
Features may change, and some depend on third-party approval or availability. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce a paid feature.
3Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@callistoai.net if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
4Free plan, paid plans and payment
- Free plan: Callisto can be used for free with limited access (for example a daily message limit). Some features, including 3D models and video, are heavily limited on the free plan.
- Paid plans: Callisto Premium is CA$20 per month or CA$200 per year, plus any applicable taxes. The price shown at checkout applies.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled, and you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we decide otherwise at our discretion.
- Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.
- Failed payments: if a renewal can't be charged, paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.
5Usage limits
Some features have limits so the Service stays reliable and affordable. Current limits are:

Limits reset at the start of each day or week (UTC). We may adjust limits and fair-use thresholds, and will show the current limits in the app. A creation that a provider rejects before starting does not count toward your limit.
6Connected accounts and posting
- When you connect an account (such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Spotify), you allow Callisto to use it for the features you request, within the permissions you approved.
- Callisto never posts on its own. Before anything is uploaded, you see what will be posted, where and with what visibility, and you must press Publish. You are responsible for content you publish.
- Content you post must follow the rules of the platform. By using YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Instagram and TikTok posting is subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and TikTok's Terms of Service.
- Platforms may limit or refuse uploads (for example daily quotas or pending app reviews). We aren't responsible for their decisions.
- You can disconnect any account at any time in Connectors.
7AI-generated content
- AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information yourself, especially medical, legal, financial, tax or safety matters. Callisto is not a substitute for professional advice.
- Generated images, 3D models and videos may not look exactly as described and may resemble existing works. Make sure you have the right to use what you create, especially commercially.
- Some requests may be refused by us or our providers for safety or legal reasons.
8Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law or anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights
- Create or share sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or hate
- Create deceptive content of real people (such as deepfakes) without their consent, or impersonate anyone
- Harass, threaten, defraud or spam people, including through AI phone calls or social posts
- Upload malware, or try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the Service's security, limits or billing
- Resell or share access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product or train AI models
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
9Your content and our rights
- Your content: you own what you provide (messages, files, prompts) and, to the extent the law and our providers allow, what you create with Callisto. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service to you.
- Our property: the Callisto app, website, design, code and brand belong to Shariqen. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app under these Terms.
- Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
10Third-party services
Callisto relies on services such as OpenAI, Meshy, Higgsfield, Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, eBay, Vapi, Stripe, Railway, Netlify and GoDaddy. Their own terms apply to your use of their services. We aren't responsible for third-party services, their content or their availability, and product listings and prices shown from stores are provided by those stores.
11Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shariqen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or content, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CA$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by content you create or publish, or your breach of these Terms.
13Suspension and termination
You can stop using Callisto at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@callistoai.net. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the Service (in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period). Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 7, 9, 11, 12 and 15, survive termination.
14Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes. If you keep using the Service after they take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
